About Me
With 15 years of hands on HR experience, I have supported small to very large organizations and built and managed HR teams. I have worked in several industries including building materials, energy, and engineering consulting. I am most passionate about helping organizations achieve the most they can by empowering their talent. My role in helping to accomplish that has been through hiring top-tier individuals, implementing development tools and programs, becoming a trusted and strategic partner to the business, and streamlining processes to maximize results and mitigate risk.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and my MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Colorado. I hold the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. I am a lifelong learner.
Approach
I believe in taking a realistic and proactive approach to HR, anticipating and addressing potential issues before they become problems. I work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop customized solutions that meet their needs. I offer a wide range of HR services and develop solutions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
